Great, I recommend it! This is my second purchase because it's really good and satisfying.

The battery life lasts more than 10 days, which is great. I like the sleep monitoring feature, and the blood oxygen function works normally, though I'm not sure about its accuracy. The heart rate monitoring is spot on, especially with the 15-minute interval setting. The step counting is also accurate, not over-counting movements. Considering the features, I think the price is quite reasonable—adding more features would likely increase the cost. Overall, this is the simplest and best smart gadget I own! 😄
I really like the design, and it has many features. I’m the type who doesn’t like to remove rings, so I hope this one lasts.
