Great watch, although mine does not connect to Bluetooth. Customer service is not interested in getting back to me. Can't make/ receive calls. Not overall happy

Nice looking watch

It's a nice looking watch and with the leather strap it looks really good, I think some of the functions are a bit gimmicky, however for heart rate and blood oxygen it is pretty good, as for ecg, blood sugar and blood pressure, not sure how that can actually test it. The battery life is not very good, I have it on the second bright setting and I'm lucky if I get 4 to 5 days before I need to charge it. All in all I am happy with the watch and the price was good as well

Great Competitive Smartwatch

Love the style and quality of the watch, however slightly disappointed with the following:
1) There is only a limited number of watch faces of which some have values (e.g. date, step count, etc) which are too small to read and not all the faces are to my liking. I was hoping to be able to download Watchmaker and use additional faces that I had accrued over the years from my previous watch.
2) The vibration is not strong enough even on the highest setting and so I am missing the notifications.
3) The notifications are limited in length and do not expand out to give more text and neither do they indicate from which app they originate, e.g. Alarm, WhatsApp, etc. and so I have to turn to the phone for more details. Being able to see the full message on the watch would have been useful when I am unable to access my phone, for example when I am in the middle of a bowls match!!
4) The heart rate monitor only operates when the app is on show. When I switch back to the watch face the heart rate value does not update. If I have not opened the heart rate app then the watch face just shows zero. Continuous recording would be of more use.

Overall though and given the price which is a fraction of my previous watch, and that the battery is lasting around 5 days, the watch is my daily use and so far I am impressed with the quality. Would recommend but would have liked to have known about the limitations beforehand.
